Paid once · perpetual licence · excl. VATSeats
Perpetual licence, paid once, not yearly. Every update within the major version is included. A future major version may be a paid upgrade.

Prices exclude VAT. Businesses outside Poland with a valid EU VAT ID, and customers outside the EU, pay no EU VAT. Otherwise VAT is added at the rate that applies to you, and the payment link shows the full amount before you pay.

Order your seats
Pick the number of seats and send the order form. Buying for a company? Add its EU VAT ID and the invoice is made out to it.

Pay
I reply by email with the payment details. Nothing is charged on this site.

Send your Machine IDs
After payment you get the installer. Install it, open Plant 3D, use Request licence and reply with the Machine ID it shows, one per seat.

Get your keys
Keys and your VAT invoice arrive within three working days of payment. Paste the key into the plugin and it's active.
Keys are issued by hand, so they don't arrive instantly. If your Machine IDs reach me after the payment, the clock starts when they arrive.

- Hourly rate:
- 40–60 EUR in Central Europe, 70–100 EUR in Western Europe. Salary plus taxes, overheads and the desk: what an hour costs the company, not what the designer is paid.
- Clash checks per year:
- 6–12. One before each model review or drawing issue. Monthly reviews make it about 12.
- Hours each, by hand:
- 2–4 h. Going through a medium model area by area, by eye or with INTERFERE, and noting what you find.
- Hours each, with MK Clash:
- 0.25–0.5 h. Running the test, then walking through the grouped results.
- Missed per year:
- 1–3. Clashes nobody caught until isometrics or orthos had already been issued.
- Hours to correct each:
- 4–16 h. Fixing the model, then re-issuing the affected isometrics and orthos as a new revision.
Rough ranges from live projects, not measurements. Your own numbers are always the better guide.
First year, estimated
Pays for itself after 1 clash check. The licence is perpetual, so that cost is paid once — every year after this one is the saving without the outlay.
An estimate, not a quote. Every figure above is yours to change, and the defaults are what I see on my own projects — not the best case. Clashes that reach site rather than documentation cost far more than this sheet counts.
