Who you are dealing with

This website and everything sold through it is operated by Michał Kostrzewa, Stawowa 10, 55-080 Mokronos Dolny, Poland, VAT ID PL8961640176, trading as MKCad, registered in Poland. Contact: contact@mkcad.eu.

These terms apply to the plugins sold on this site and to the enquiry forms. The online courses are sold and delivered on a separate course platform, linked from each course's page, under the terms shown there at checkout.

What is being sold

MK Clash and MK Clipper are software plugins for AutoCAD Plant 3D. You buy a perpetual licence for a stated number of seats, including updates within the same major version. Use of the software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D are products of Autodesk. MKCad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Autodesk. You need your own valid Autodesk licence to use these plugins.

Prices, tax and invoices

Prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT. Business customers established outside Poland with a valid EU VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, and customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT. In all other cases, including business customers in Poland, VAT is added at the applicable rate.

Orders are placed through the order form on each plugin's page. Nothing is charged on this site: you receive a payment link by email showing the full amount, including any VAT, and the contract is concluded when you pay. A VAT invoice is issued for every order, within three working days of payment.

Delivery of licence keys

After payment you receive the installer. You install the plugin, generate your Machine ID inside it, and send it by email. The key is generated for that machine and emailed to you within three working days of payment, or of receiving the Machine ID if it arrives later.

One key activates one machine. If you bought several seats, you receive a separate key for each.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate order and billing details, including a valid VAT ID if you are claiming a business exemption.
  • Keep your licence keys confidential; they are issued to you and not for redistribution.
  • Maintain a valid, licensed installation of AutoCAD Plant 3D.

Liability

The software is a design aid. It does not replace engineering judgement, checking, or approval processes. You remain responsible for the correctness of your models and documentation.
