Plugins — 14 days

If a plugin does not do what you needed, write within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No form, no justification required.

On refund, the licence ends: the software must be removed and its key may no longer be used.

Try before you buy

Both plugins have a 7-day trial with full functionality. Using it first is the fastest way to know whether the tool earns its price on your own model.

Consumer right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery starts with your express consent and acknowledgement — which is why the order form asks you to confirm it.

The 14-day policy above is offered voluntarily and is at least as favourable as the statutory right.

The course

Course purchases are not refundable. Access starts as soon as you pay: at checkout you agree to that and confirm you understand that, if you buy as a consumer, it ends the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the course does not match its description. If something in it does not work as promised, write and it will be put right.

How to request a refund

Write to contact@mkcad.eu from the address you ordered with, and say what you bought. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
